Consultancy and Services Division

Consultancy, Supervision and Investigation services in the manufacturing fabrication and maintenance of oil and gas refinery plant, petrochemical plant, oil and gas production plant, Power plant, heavy metal industry such as :

concept and operational of instrumentation, corrosion control / engineering, welding design, welding inspection, NDT (non destructive inspection), in the field of risk based inspection, remaining life assessment of the critical equipment, asset integrity management (AIMS) to develop of commercial and safety integrity level, and pipe line integrity management (PIMS) of gas and liquid pipe line.

to comply with International and national standard / specification.

Scientific division

Research and planning in materials technology and others industries, Laboratory work for testing materials and components, covering DT (Material Testing ; Tensile, Bend, Macro,Impact and Hardness Testing) and NDT Test (Gamma - ray, Ultrasonic, MPI, Dye pennetrant, Gas free, vibration and sound, crack depth and holiday detector), Feasibility and evaluation studies on oil, gas, metals and materials industry, mining, environmental analysis, chemical composition analysis, etc.

RCMS activities are implemented in joint efforts with its counterparts based on mutually agreed time-schedules, personnel and budget arrangements.
